One of our expert designers should meet with the person in charge of organizing the event for a thorough explanation of all the details, no matter how small.
A large number of elements must be taken into account when designing the scenario in question, it is important to know why the event is being held, it may be a cultural, social, sporting or corporate event.
If, for example, this is the case of a corporate event, it is necessary to know if it is a presentation of products or services, or a periodic meeting of the company’s staff, or a conference to simply give a boost to your brand. You must also take into account the corporate colors and of course the company logo to be able to design a scenario in accordance with your brand. Everything must be consistent and nothing should be left to chance when designing a scenario.
Presentation of proposals and budget

Among our qualified staff we have the leadership in production of a master carpenter with more than 20 years of experience. So all the production and management of the project is in the hands of a professional.
Transport and assembly of stages for events
Once we have finished all the design and production stages, it is time to finish the job. At Saez Decom we take care of everything, we have a fleet of vehicles to transport all the material that will later be assembled at the location chosen for the event. All our trucks are in order and regularly undergo inspections and tune-ups so that no setbacks arise on assembly day.
We take our work very seriously, which is why we hire the best assemblers in Barcelona, qualified people with a lot of experience behind them, willing to work whatever is necessary to keep everything in order. We are also responsible for taking care of every last detail, which is why we have one of the best Event Managers in the sector, who is in charge of leading our great team of people during the assembly day.
As soon as the event is over, we proceed to dismantle the stage and take back all the material, always at a time that best suits you.
